United Nations Direct Democracy
United Nations Direct Democracy is a legislative, executive and judiciary direct democracy global organization constituted by global United Nations citizens with the objectives of making the United Nations Statute of Human Rights effectively followed and judicially enforced to governments of member nations; develop a global direct democracy system via Internet (direct elections for president and assembly members; alternative proposition thematic plebiscites for annual budget and global legislation); develop a global direct financial system via Internet and coordinate global social-economic development projects.
Nations and institutions don't commit crimes. Specific citizens commit specific crimes. Arrest warrants must be issued based on specific evidence of violation of human rights and presented to the leadership of the national police and armed forces. Failure to comply with the arrest warrant results in complicity with the violation of human rights and with the issuing of complementary arrest warrants against these leaders. International police and armed forces can execute these international arrest warrants by the way of surprise arrest commands using helicopters and non-lethal weapons. There is no diplomatic immunity or the right of non-intervention for human rights violations. Corruption results in specific quantifiable preventable deaths caused by illegal realocation of resources from the prevention of the causes of these deaths and constitute an unlapsable crime against humanity.
